Recipe Of Khoya Fudge in Urdu 

اجزاء: 

• میں grated ڈارک چاکلیٹ 100 گرام 
• مخلوط خشک پھل 1 کپ پسے ہوئے 
• مکھن 4 چمچ 
• گاڑھا دودھ 200 گرام 
• ڑلائیکار چینی 2 چمچ 
• پسا کھوئے ہوئے 1/2 کپ          

طریقہ: 

مکھن پگھلا. چاکلیٹ شامل کریں اور مسلسل stirring، پگھل. گاڑھا دودھ شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس. ڑلائیکار چینی شامل کریں اور مکس. مرکب thickens اور پین کے اطراف چھوڑ کرنے کے لئے شروع ہوتا ہے جب تک، مسلسل stirring، کھوئے ہوئے اور باورچی شامل کریں. پسے ہوئے خشک پھل شامل کریں اور اچھی طرح مکس.

Recipe Of Khoya Fudge in English

Ingredients:

• Grated dark chocolate 100 grams
• Crushed mixed dried fruits 1 cup
• Butter 4 tbsp
• Condensed milk 200 grams
• Caster sugar 2 tbsp
• Grated khoya 1/2 cup

Method:

Melt butter. Add chocolate and melt, stirring continuously. Add condensed milk and mix well. Add caster sugar and mix. Add khoya and cook, stirring continuously, till the mixture thickens and begins to leave the sides of the pan. Add crushed dried fruits and mix well.
