Recipe Ingredients of Paneer Paratha:

  • 3/4 cup Plain flour
  • 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To Be Mixed Into a Stuffing
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheese
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Dried mango powder
  • To taste Salt

Recipe Method of Paneer Paratha:

Combine all the ingredients and knead into soft, smooth dough using enough water.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
How to proceed
Divide the stuffing into 4 equal portions. Keep aside.
Roll out one portion of the dough into a circle of 75 mm. (3″) diameter using whole wheat flour for rolling.
Place one portion of the stuffing in the centre of the circle. Bring together all the sides in the centre and seal tightly.
Roll out again into a square of 125 mm. (5″) using whole wheat flour.
Cook on a hot tava (griddle), using a little oil, until both sides are golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing to make 4 more  Paneer parathas.

  • 4-5 Green Cardamoms

  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste.
  • Take 1 tsp Ginger Paste.
  • 2 Tsp chilli Powder 
  • 1 Tomato Chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Clarified Butter
  • Take 1 " Ginger Juliennes

Method of Chicken Masala Gravy:

1-Heat 3-4 tablespoons.
2- add the spice , after 30 seconds add the onions. Cook onions till golden brown. Remove onions and whole spice with slotted spoon , cool and grind to paste . Set aside for later use.Lightly roast and grind to a powder the Fennel Seeds, Black Pepper, Green Cardamoms.
3-Reheat the same MO - add some more if needed , when hot add the chicken and salt - fry a couple of minutes till it seals and turns light brown. Now add the powders ( step 2 ) and cook another minute or so . At this stage introduce done ato puree along with chili powder ginger garlic and some haldi. Cook covered on low till oil separates - 10 minutes. 
4-Now add the onion paste , mix well , add 1/2 cup of hot water and simmer another few minutes till chicken is almost done.Heat ghee in a frying pan,when hot add tomato's and ginger juliennes(stage 4),cook 2-3 mts till soft,mix well into chicken along with 2 tbsp water and cook covered for a couple of minutes.Adjust seasoning.

Method of prawn biryani:

First Boil rice with whole spices and 2 tbsp salt until ¾ done, Then drain water and keep aside, After that heat oil add brown onion with ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, chili powder, cook for 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes and fry well about 10 minutes, add 1 cup yogurt, fry add prawns with allspice, green chilies, cover and cook for 10 minutes until done and oil comes o top, lastly add chopped hara masala, curry leaves, now put half rice in a pan, top with prawn mixture, remaining rice, put milk mixture, color and saffron mixture on top with Kewra, leave it on dum for 20 minutes.
