- Basil Leaves ( Chopped Finely ) … 2 tbsp

- Tomatoes … 1 Can
- Olive Oil … 1/4 Cup
- Onion ( Chopped ) … 1/4 Cup
- Garlic Cloves ( Chopped ) … 2
- Dried Oregano Leaves … 1 tsp
- Red Pepper Flakes … A Pinch
- Sugar … A Pinch
- Salt … To Taste
Method
In a bowl combine along the breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan, and pinch of salt.
In another bowl, whisk along the eggs.
Heat the oil during a pan on medium heat. Dip the chicken scallop into the egg mixture and so into the breadcrumbs. Then place the dredged cutlets into the pan and fry them until golden brown for three –four minutes. put off and keep aside.
Take a casserole pan or baking dish and unfold the pasta sauce over it. organize the cutlets on high of the pasta sauce and additionally spoon some pasta sauce over every of the cutlets. Sprinkle some sliced basil on the highest. Then lay slices of cheese over every scallop and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.
Bake within the kitchen appliance for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese changes color.
